In the event where you receive a wrong fitting/size with the order caused by an error from ACL, items are eligible to be returned in exchange for a right fitting or a refund.
Please note that errors in sizing caused by your selection cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We strongly recommend to refer to our size guides when making size selections.
For a successful return of order, the complaint must be lodged with ACL within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). The package must additionally be put together as received, and further returned in good condition.
Please note, in the event of an exchange, ACL will pay the shipping costs for sending the correct item to you, but NOT the costs of sending the incorrect item to ACL.
Upon shipping your item(s), a notification will be sent out to you.

For LAGOS deliveries, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes is allowed before our delivery agents move on. If unable to reach you after this time period, you will be required to pay any additional shipping fees incurred for a later delivery.
